Boxesby utroComment: Certainly cute and filled with levity. This concept is so nice that i would have explored more variations to bring the couch even closer and perhaps absent the floor cover on the left. However, I am nevertheless pleased with this image. Bumping up. |

Frozen me.by docpjvComment: Great! Would have loved the camera angle just a tad lower to allow the rim of the glasses to clear the eyes. The composition is good and so is the focus. In one word: charming. Bumping up. |

See My Profileby dsmboostaholicComment: A great study arising out of the darkness. The profile works well with closed eyes and the lighting has achieved the desired effect bacuse it brings out the form to perfection. Bumping up. |

reflectionsby rhipsterComment: Persinally I prefer a level image. Outside of this, I am unable to identify the contents but the portrait itself is very well lit and the focus is right on. The artistic effect gives the feeling of a record album cover. The half moon lighting gives the image a special feel like that of some mystery. Bumping up on artistic merit and clarity of image. |

Every man needs a shedby BilberryComment: This is a very relaxed and casual approach. A frame within a frame always has merit specially when the inner is not a mere mimick. The texture of the jacket and the wood shed are appealing because of the color harmony which helps the skin tones. The overall focus is good and the body position along with facial expression and hands impart that rustic feel. Of course, while the face is clear we all want closer, but that would be a trade off for the peaceful state that is currently portrayed. Bumping up. |

Wondering what he's up to...by Everyday ReneeComment: This is a lovely casual and relaxed image. While the washed out looks adds a mood it also leaves the viewer hungry for the missing richer tones. But not all is lost if accepted within this narrow tonal values. The facial expression and askance glance are indeed charming. Bumping up. |

Reflectiveby Judith PolakoffComment: Very, very reflective and what a lovely layout!. The flowers, blanket window and curtains all add to the low key inner feeling of this image. The reflection, a play on the title, is nice because the general darkness around it give it a quiet sense of peace. However, the viewer is left a little hungry for more detail or rather a closer view. Yet, this does not prove a draw back for me because you have managed to create, while not quite a portrait, a pleasing image which carries the more gentle feelings in us all. Bumping up. |

Prioritiesby nards656Comment: Cool as the smirk carries the viewers eye across the entire face. The lighting is fine but it is the expression that gives this portrait its great strength. The cap and background add the spice to complete the composition. Bumping up. |
