This composition feels l little bit awkward as the main components are so far away from each other. maybe posing her closer to the tree would have helped. The lightinf looks great, it looks like you used some sort of fill flash.

I like the shutter speed used to capture the ocean break. I think the clouds lost a little too much detail from neat image. Maybe try duplicating the image and applying the NI to the top layer and using a mask so you can selectively have the NI work on the parts that need it the most. 8

Nice angle and composition, I like the big smokestack just on the outskirts of downtown. It seems to show some character to the city besides just the sky line.

I think this image would have been stronger if I could see more than just the sign. I think showing the doorway for example would have at least shown us what was playing and given more context.

I like the colors and how the focus seems to be on both the flower and the spider. seems a little blurry though. Also try to get your file size as close to 150 kb as possible, your image is only 72 kb. If you are unsure how to do this and have photoshop, you may want to look at this tutorial on how to prepare your images for submission. I hate to see good images not get their fair vote because the image was too small a file size.
