I like the image and the cottonwood, but the colors seem off to me. maybe try a tripod to have the camera be stable and get better sharpness. It does have a nice painterly feel.

I like the image and it is a different take on the leafs shots compared to others in this challenge. As a personal preference I would drop the (of being the only young one). It forces the viewer to have to see the image from one angle instead allowing them to draw their own conclusions. Also it distracts me from looking at the photo.
