I like the inclusion of the light in the top right and far left. Balanced with highlights of the singer and guitar player gives the image a nice triangle of light to keep me moving around the image, engaging me.

just like a painting! the strong color behind the white birds make for a nice separation from the foreground and background blur. I don't know why but the background reminds of garbage and the photo takes me back to those fun days as a kid when my dad would take me to the dumps and as I had the pleasure of throwing away old junk out of the back of the truck the sea gulls would fly by looking for meals.

I think this photo is very good for this challenge. It is based solely on its mood and I think the fact that you picked a scene that can in itself be very chaotic made it very good choice for this challenge.

I like the blur and dark mood of the photo, I don't know if the title really fits with the image but perhaps that was your intention. Perhaps the blur was used to show the chaos that can come from busy attractions.
