And technically, the b&w conversion is superb. Some could argue whether you should be looking into the frame or out of it. I think it looks fine just the way it is.

This one is my favorite. The pose, the lighting, the look in her eyes, that smile, the wind blown hair, the blue background to complement the foreground color. All are very well put together.

Can I add just one nit though? I think there's a touch of yellow on her teeth that is marring an otherwise beautiful smile. Selective desat there would fix it (you could lighten too, but not very much).

I love the over-the-shoulder look. The shadow from the hair in front of her right eye is a little distracting, but otherwise she is well lit. Nice smile! :-)

Lovely eyes. The tilt of her head works perfectly to highlight her eyes. There's just a hint of red in the whites of her eyes, you might want to selectively desat them just a bit. Love the hair light and the blown hair look. The long crop with the necklace is captivating. Really pretty girl. :-)
