Your eyes tend to go to the brightest areas first. And the large blurry rocks in front (the framing) are so much brighter than the center subject, that they keep drawing my attention away from the center (which on its own, already is not a very strong subject).

Beautiful post card material. The only thing I don't like is the framing. These 3D frames never really work out "just right". The bottom right looks perfect (looks very 3D) but you look at the top left and it looks completely flat. So the transition as your eye follows any of the edges is like going from a 2D world to a 3D world and it feels very artificial.

I think this one is the best of the bunch - for the lighting, for the color (for the blues not being blown out) and for the fun candid expression and the angle you caught it. Also, this is one case where I really don't mind the background not being OOF because it doesn't compete with the subject. Instead the lines draw interest.
