Joyah Days Bay Aug 2006 02by joynimComment: Another favorite for the series. I like the composition here. She is slightly offset to the right and her face is up around the 1/3rd line. Shallow DOF helps out a lot. Cute hat and hair. |

Joyah Days Bay Aug 2006 08by joynimComment: This is another favorite for the series. I love the beautiful red flowing hair. Composition is pretty good. The only thing I wish for here would be catchlights in her eyes.

Joyah Days Bay Aug 2006 14by joynimComment: This one is improved by still having a leading line while getting rid of the pole behind her head. I still think you could crop the top off (crop horizontally).

Joyah Days Bay Aug 2006 03by joynimComment: I like the leading lines aspect of this. I think you could crop it horizontally though because the sky isn't doing anything for this picture. The pole coming out behind her head is a little bothersome but not too bad since it's out of focus so you naturally focus more on the girl than on the pole.
