Not a bad effort. Nice and sharp.

I have tried a few of these myself and often fall into the problem of concentrating on capturing the movement in the water but not concentrating (enough) on making sure that I take a compelling picture.

The motion in the water is not enough to 'sell' the shot. I find that it helps to frame the photo without thinking about the motion effect. this helps boost impact in composition and the water movement then becomes a bonus rather than the main focus.. if that makes sense!
