Interesting intrepretation of the challenge, and a nice composition. I like the use of negative space here. Having the leg on tip toes really makes the shot and illustrates the point. Good job.

Good idea. With the snow especially, it gives a cold dead mechanical feel. However, I find my eye wandering looking for a strong focal point.

Nice idea. Good detail. Looks like good lighting, and I like the darkness/shadows, but I think just a little too much. Maybe a little bit more of the vise in light would improve the shot.

I like your idea here. I feel some real potential in the concept. I like the simplicity, and your use of rot and negative space, and the shadows are good. I think the focus could be sharper though, and maybe if the gears were at a slight diagonal line with a little bit (just a touch) of offset (space) between them it would improve the shot.
