Nice composition. I like the starburst effect on the lights. May seem a bit nitpicky, but might be a little better if you'd have let the plane pass by so as not to have the distracting light in the middle of the sky.

I see a good complimenting of color, or balance between the water and the sky, split nicely by the bridge, however, I'm wondering if perhaps this would be a much stronger shot by placing the bridge/horizon lower or higher. I'm not normally a real stickler for having to use the rot all the time, but I think it might help in this case.

Nicely composed, good perspective. Strong interesting lines. I see the lines of the bridge, the lights, evrything flowing in one direction, and then are nicely opposed by the angle of the large support structure. Gives a good path for the eye to travel and then takes you to a strong focal point. Good job.

Nice shot. I really like the perspective here, works great. The cyclist I think really helps an already good shot, it kind of adds a human element that helps the viewer "connect" to the photo. Good job.
