Wow! What a great photo. Talk about wow factor. This photo jumped out at me, and then upon opening it, it held my attention strongly. A clean, strong composition. Incredible lighting and great exposure. Nice detail. I think that the sky adds so much to this shot. A great capture of the bird, but the sky really helps to set the mood, the overall feeling of the image. It sings of a defiant pride, and independance. Great shot!

Coming back to bump up. This is one of my definite favorites of the challenge. Great composition. Something about the models expression,I think, it is just a very engaging photo to me. Odd, but I really like the bright background too I think. The photo really stands out. Nice job :-)

hehehe, you are my hero man :-)
Great focus. Great humor factor. Not sure about the cut off wall hanging, although perhaps it adds to the 'cheesy' humor of the scene :-)
Just toooo funny :-) Nice job !!!

Clever, and funny :-) Great exposure/lighting. Good use of dof and composition, shot shows a good context, yet attention is very nicely drawn to the chain and peanut butter. Nice job!

Very cool sunset shot. The reflection is great, and the couple really stand out. I'm not great at the technical things, but there seems to be some haloing or jaggies around the leaves. Maybe aggressive sharpening? or just due to the high contrast of leaves and sky? The shot though, is really good. I quite like it. I like how you've included the tree, gives some natural framing, and context to the scene, and makes the viewer feel as though they are 'peeking' in secretly at this romantic scene. Composed very nicely, great leading lines of the beach and reflection. Perfect placement of the couple. The lines, and their divergence really make the couple stand out. Great shot, nice job :-)

Lovely sunset shot here. Such rich, warm tones in that sky. Perfect timeing, awesome burst of color in the sky, but nice light to showcase the birds and ships, which obviously add a lot to the image. I really like how you've captured the 2 birds in the sky. Really nice composition, with the exception of 2 minor yet easily fixed things IMO. Might want to try cropping out the 2 little bits of bird that are cut off on the right edge. Not only are they, well, cut off, but I'm thinking it might add even more emphasis on the 2 main flying birds. Also, your horizon (where the ships are) is just a wee bit tilted. It is just slight, but a lot of people have real pet peeves about tilted horizons, even if just slightly :-) Depending on what editing software you are using, a good fix of horizons is the 'arbitrary rotation' command (that is what it is called in at least Photoshop) You can use the ruler tool, draw a line along your horizon (or building, or anything you want to have straight in an image) then arbitrary rotation, and it will turn the image to make that the straight line. Of course, do this before any cropping, because you will need the crop to get rid of the empty edges. But overall yes, a very good eye, good timing, and a very nice shot :-)
