Do. Not. Anger. The. Model.by PedroComment: This is cool, but in the same breath, is hard to look at due to the way our brains fight something unnatural like this. |

Day 10~Daylily & Friendby annigComment: Overall this does seem a bit washed out. Grab a cup of coffee regardless.
Try a real simple adjustment:
Image, Levels, now grab the center pointer under the histogram and slide it to the right until you get the desired richness, watching the middle input box on top of the histogram -> 0.75 seems about right. A lot more could be done, but a simple drop in the Neutrals helps a lot, while retaining the highlights and shadows. |

Day 9 Pretty Pond Flowerby annigComment: The late-day lighting is so warm and does change the mood completely to one of calming and relaxing. Great detail and DoF. |

Day 8~Loosestrife~by annigComment: I like what image grain can do for an oof background, just this one is a little over the edge in my opinion. The tones and mood on this are quiet, peaceful, and rich. |

Day 7 Bee Balm & Pest (color)by annigComment: Darn you.
As much as I liked the B&W version of it, this really looks great - especially the green/red together on the underside of the leaves. |

Day 7 Bee Balm & Pestby annigComment: Stir fry in order?
I do like the PP on this and the metallic sheen you got out of it. DoF works well here.

Day 4 - Bachelor Button by annigComment: I agree with this being a better edit - the richness for one if first thing that stands out.

Day 6- Hastaby annigComment: The bud you captured here reminds me of a moth or butterfly emerging from it's cocoon. Metamorphosis regardless.
I imagine this doesn't have nearly the impact it did in person. |

Day 5 flowers on the half-shellby annigComment: When a child hands you weeds, they are as priceless as Orchids.
I like what you did with these. A gem in an Encyclopedia-like 30-day challenge. |

Day 2-Rudbeckiaby annigComment: I knew a rude becky in high school.
;)
Thanks for not cloning out the pollen from the one leaf. That is the real world there. The soft focus outwards of the center really draws my eyes inwards. |
