sky on fireby jmritzComment: Almost looking more like a painting of a violent occurence than a photograph, this was weel seen and nicely exposed without being over-saturated. ((7)) |

give us a kissby arngrimurComment: Superb control of the lighting. Very clear and detailed, and not over-saturated. Title vs. subject seem a bit off in my opinion, but took nothing away because of it. ((7)) |

Autumn is leavingby jmott78Comment: Very interesting point of view by shooting into the water. A couple minor spots could use cloning out, but nicely done regardless. ((7)) |

Brooklyn bridgeby darixComment: Excellent composition, pin sharp and great use of diagonals splitting the frame. Not sure if I am a big fan of the toning, but took nothing away because of it. ((7)) |

Dreamscapeby keoneComment: Rarely do we get to see a view like this, and I am in awe. Perhaps a little down on brightness and a liitle up on contrast would make this shot pop. Beautiful regardless. ((7)) |

Barryby jazzmanmgtComment: Excellent timing on this shot. Not quite a Sports Illustrated shot, but would be proud had I timed the shutter release. ((7)) |

Door with Reflectionby RgarciaComment: Very moody shot and was an excellent choice for being done in B & W. Great use of the shadow cutting thorugh at a diagonal. ((7)) |

Red Sunsetby tmhallingComment: Almost too dark, almost blown out, almost centered, in a word, well done! The banding in the sky I am sure is a result of contrast boost and/or compression, but don't care. ((7)) |

Rites of Manhoodby BradComment: Originally posted by bear_music: Sheesh, Brad; with a title like "Rites of Manhood" what did you EXPECT? |
Still think the title is fitting. These young men go out and vie for position and ultimately are trying to prove themselves better than the other guy.
Oh well, meant something to me, and that's all that matters. Would have been happy with a Brown here. |

Osprey With Bassby GeorgeLentzComment: Well composed and nicely timed shot. Not real common to catch one with a meal in the talons either. ((7)) |
