Secret Garden by BobsterLobsterComment: You know Bob, I applaud your final product here.
Not only was this well composed & balanced, but the choice of selective desaturation and the B&W tones work so well in this.
There is a magical sense of two worlds in one here - one inside, in a B&W world/dimension, looking out into the live world in color.
Nicely done and well seen.
Congrats - well deserved! |

That was on the day I submitted it - boy was I off on that thought.

Thanks Chris.
This 5-sided bolt is out of the variable valve timing mechanism in a late-model Corolla. Very tricky/touchy mechanism and I guess they didn't want anyone from making a mistake and taking these out by accident.
(Didn't stop me! - LOL) |

At about $60K to replace, I think I'm gonna' get the short end here.
(that's just for the stuff IN my toolboxes)

Snap-On® - We have a Problem !by BradComment: ROFLMAO!
This one was worth the comments alone - & 2Shay, you're a NUT!
One of these days I NEED to get a tripod and something better for my lighting other than my fluorescent work light I use here in the shop - or maybe not...
Thanks all - hope you got as much of a chuckle out of this as I did!

Aloft by BradComment: Pretty clean for a 3.7MP camera huh?
If it weren't for Photoshop, I doubt that this would have made it past a 4x6" print. Glad you like the print Jason! |

Spanning the Darkby BradComment: Thanks all.
The comments & favs are what made it for me, as well as the 27th placing
in a challenge so heavily dominated by all the "good" hardware. Message edited by author 2005-05-12 00:55:24. |
