Excellent vision and timing on this shot.
Perhaps a better title would have helped here, not that a picture should be judged by it's title. Certainly a unique shot in this challenge and worthy of a much higher finish in my opinion.

Exemplary display of composition and the use of leading lines.
The only thing wrong here is that it was in such a large challenge and doubt it ever got the time it deserved in the viewing process to be studied.
A timeless classic of the highest quality.

As Slippy says, almost sounds like A "Deep Thoughts, by Jack Handy" line from Saturday Night Live - hehehe.

And no, I didn't make it up. A known quote of unknown origin.

There are a lot of things working here that make this shot right in my opinion.
The very slight tilt on her head, the contrasts between her dark eyes/make -up and the wall brightness, the background as a whole and her hair over one eye. I think I would like to see her skin a little less yellow and more into the reds, which by the way, would contrast nicely with the yellow on the wall.
All in all, this is a well done shot.

Edited to add:
After leaving the comment, I wanted to see if what I thought it would look like in my head would be better and did an edit of it. What I did in Photoshop was very simple: Layer, new layer via copy, bumped the contrast up +19, then used the eraser tool to erase the background, her (shirt/top? - the contrast bump made it lose it's detail) and her neck back to original, then Image, Adjustments, Color Balance, selected the highlights button and bumped the top slider to +9 to the red side.
Before: After:
(open each in a new window, then switch between them in the task bar to see the diffeences between them.

Unusual (I think):

This GTG portrait of Hanneke is right in line with the many versatile faces of biteme.

Outstanding shot of Ian!
The spotlight in the background is excellent.
