The positioning of her legs looks awkward and not the most flattering in my opinion. If this were re-shot, the combination of this young lady, along with the high contrast look and bold red color of the car has a lot of potential. Even cropping the lower half completely improves it, keeping the focal point stronger and overall less busy.

This is a great pose, and am sure you would have preferred his eyes open, yes, but such is real life.
A 10% bump in brightness & contrast adds a lot to this.
