Surrounded By My Friendsby drgsoellComment: Fun! It's a wonderful and colorful setup with great exposure - producing a nice feel. My on;y complaint is that your model doesn't exactly portray the feeling it deserves. Evenso, it's one of the stonger enties. |

Rainy Day Findby pmichaudComment: The overcast lighting really punched up the colors. Nice variety in the "pie-shaped" areas. You get an extra point for finding something that most people woukd just pass by without another thought. Minor suggestion: try to avoid the bright objects right on the border (green leaf at botttom and orange/green leaf on right edge). They lead the viewer out of the image. A very minor suggestion - not a point reducer! Nice job. |

Attentionby TranquilComment: Beautiful eye under good lighting. Exposure is right on. Would have a bit more impact if the model were looking straight at the lens. One of the better entires for sure. |

Oklahoma Sunsetby postoakinversionComment: Lovely image. Great sulhouette. Peaceful. Almost make the tornados liveable with sunsets like that! Sky and clouds a great accent. Too bad you had to sacrifice so much of the bottom with blackness just to stay "centered." |

Stained Glass Domeby flip89Comment: Simple, effective and very centered! Wonderful backlighting and exposure. I love it even though it borders on the rule about "photos of artwork." |

Night Vision Harrierby rcrawfordComment: Excellent seeing! Perfectly centered and very graphic. YOur choice to invert the black and white makes it more magical. Should score high! (And it would also be a great entry for "unusual angle." |

Dead Center - In an Abstract Kind of Wayby f-32Comment: WONDEFUL abstract. Great colors, pattern, exposure, composition. It will drive the micrometer crown wild trying to figure out what's centered....
A very well done omage destined for a top finish. |

To the rescueby terjeComment: Wow - is that dynamic! Great capture. Did you notice that the silhouette of the bucket has a fire pattern behind it that makes it look as if the bucket itself was on fire? Is that shape in the car a human head? If this doesn't finish very high, I'll be very shocked. |

Reflection at Duskby dinnComment: You picked the perfect time of day for this shot. Colors are magical. I like the fact there was enough breeze to give a hint of rippling on the water surface. Normally, I'd say to crop out some sky - as it's not needed..... but then it wouldn't be centered (slap my typing hands!). Overall an excellent image with high finish potential. |

anemoneby nordicComment: Definitely a centered composition with some great colors. Some may complain about the shallow DoF - but with a macro this close, you had little choice. Actually, the soft focus on the areas below the "ball" are pleasant and add an artistic feel. Well done |
