You have a near perfect image that clearly demonstrates a deep DOF. Wonderful colors, composition and exposure.

Then you tag on a title that says "forget this one" and a border that says "I'm better than the image."

Even so, it's one of my top choices for ribbonland.

This image has a very dramatic mood. Although a bit centered, it would be easy to crop off the left side (about 1/2 of the distance from the edge to the model) to make it a perfect composition. The lighting (or post processing) on the model's shirt is superb. Having said all that, it's a bit weak on the deep DoF requirement, but I still think it's a fantastic image.

This is a SUPERB view of the city at (sunrise/sunset) - great colors, great sky. As far as deep DOF goes..... not. But I still love it!

Balloon Festival

It's a very colorful balloon - in a nice composition. I like the human figures providing scale. The white sky a bit detracting. To show a deep Dof, it would be better if something were closer to the lens.

Mountain Stream

Lovely stream. Good exposure and adequate Dof for the challenge. Try a slower shutter speed if you can - to make the water nice and velvety. (It may take a neutral density filter to make it work right.)

A very nice city scene. Colors a bit saturated but effective. The white sky is a "bad." You need something in the [closer] foreground to really demonstrate a deep Dof.
