Nice idea. Your choice of a rose-colored candy was great. The magenta cast on the forground does not work well for me - nor does the OOF candy in the immediate foreground.

Great idea and great use of the DoF. My only problems are the strong bright areas on the front row of kisses and the table (or whatever) you have used for the base.

It's an interesting take on the challenge - I never would have suspected someone would use B&W for this. The lighting needs to be softened down a lot - and more DoF would help as well.

Excellent composition. I even like the DoF - but normally would complain about the soft focus on the near objects. My biggest problem is the color cast of the (incansecent?) lighting. It would work much better if the light were whiter...

Well - I can see all the "literal' voters crying about not meeting the challenge. But, indeed chocolate is a color too... Hope they don't do you in.

As for the image - it's a nice rural scene - but way too busy and without a single point to land on. The windmill breaks up the sky very nicely - and the tree below is also nice. I guess it just needs less dense cows....

A great shot! I like everything except the striped cloth under the bowl. The chocolate that is dripping over the edge of the bowl adds a great touch. Black background is superb.

Superb idea - the swirls make for a nice composition and feel. Did you try your light at different angles to limit the glare on the (left) blades? (That's the only problem with your attempt.)
