Clarity of Visionby magnetic9999Comment: Good interpertation of the challange. I know it'd be difficult, but it would have been better if you had more DOF, especially along the near eye lashes. The white balance seems to be a little off also. It might be interesting to see how the colors would look if you took a little blue out. The blue overpowers what should be more tan or yellowish in the skin tones. Also, if it were possible you might have reduced the contrast by reflecting some light into the shadow areas. That would have allowed you to have a little more DOF, and also would have kept the front of the eyelids from burning out. Paul. |

After The Rainby CoreyComment: Lucky for the glass or you would have been drying off your camera. Good photo. |

Kissing Colorsby FrooberComment: I like the idea of this picture, but I think it might have been stronger if you had either a little more DOF so the whole subject would have been in focus, or a little Gaussian blur so it would have had a more ephemeral effect. Also, the black area between the red and blue is distracting. It would have been nicer if you could have reduced the transition between the two colors. Paul. |

Fire Waterby samComment: A very interesting effect. One thing I might have done would have been to increase the DOF so as to have the background sharper. |

Pencilby Pete02tComment: Sometimes the simplist ideas done well are the most effective. I really like the way you handled this photo in your use of coloration and exposure. Very good job. |
