Going up to the darknessby tonodzComment: Certainly can't say this doesn't meet the challenge of shades of gray! The sharpness is good, the diagonals are good and the shades are good - but there is just something lacking for me - I just can't put my finger on it. 5 |

Two Towers by JohannesFrankComment: Returning for comments
The sky gives this a magical feel. I would have liked to have seen the towers more off to the right though - of course I don't know what's on the left side of the border. In any event, good work 8 |

Contemplationby elsapoComment: returning for comments:
I like this compostion very much. All the sky and the barren landscape work very well together with the body form. 8 |

somewhere I belongby nickstyleComment: Good image, great perspective. What knocks it a little for me is that it's too contrasty for my tastes, and I would have prefered a little more head room over the subject. It looks like the border is squashing him into that postion. |

Cup of Noteby PoobaComment: This works very nicely for this challenge. Nice diagonal interest. The reflections are a little distracting, but not too bad. 8 |

leafby ardynComment: This is a nice image, but the compostion leaves (no pun intended) a little to be desired. I think it's too much in the center and too vertical. 5 |

BCN Tby Sil_BCNComment: I have no idea what the title means. I like the textures on the object on the right, but the bright light competes too strongly for attention. Maybe if the compostion was at more of an angle to get the sun out of frame? 5 |
