No Power Locks, No Power Windowsby JEFFJSBComment: This needs something to separate it from the background. More contrast, DOF, different angle, color - I'm not sure what the solution is. As for the concept of low tech, it certainly fits. 5 |

Man's Imposed Authority over Womenby ijerryComment: I think it's a real shame that this photo got all those ones, twos, and threes. The point of good photography is not always "feel good" images - sadly lost on so many here at DPC. This should have been a top 10 in my book. |

School Safety Zone - Getting Home Safeby saintnicholas_25Comment: I think for a subject such as this to be effective, you have to be very creative in your angles and point of view of the shot. As it is, the house and the signage are about equal in sharpness and brightness so there is no separation between the two. While it does indicate that there is a law, it doesn't really make a "statement" because the message doesn't "pop" out of the photo. I'm giving this a 5 for effort. |

Running The Red-Lightby tito79_98Comment: One of the major problems for me is the tilt of the picture. I find it very distracting to being able to look at the other features in the image. |
