Nice idea for the challenge ... a sort of bionic-man photo. The realism of, capture of, and post processing of the hand is good, but the circuits look pasted on. Spoils the illusion. I think if you had put some dark shadowing around the edges of the circuits, it would have contributed to the illusion that the circuits were inside.
