Queen Victoria Drops in For Teaby Shy ClickerComment: The selective desat and sepia do a nice job of directing attention to the ship. At the same time, they give the photo a somewhat claustrophobic feeling ... like the world is closing in on the ship. Maybe the ship represents freedom or escape from the darker more pressing world. Lots to think about here. |

On Top of the Worldby MAKComment: Lovely setting and composition. I like the dramatic sky. But IMO, from the horizon down, the post processing is too intense for me. |

sunlight refrainby krnodilComment: This is an interesting abstract. I like the lights and darks and the way they are arranged. Obviously you left (or made) this blurred and it contributes to the abstract nature of the image. But my narrow minded preference is to see something in sharp focus. |

Blindby andrewthomasComment: This is the sort of photo I am pre-inclined to like. Subject, setting, composition ... But IMO you've gone just a little bit too far with HDR processing. |

Shakespeare's House by Nightby inshaalaComment: I like the subject and the composition. Focus is good. Doing it at night seems to work. But to my taste, you seem to have gone overboard with the HDR processing. |

Ol' Smokeyby morganukComment: Sad photo in the context of this challenge. Watch the halos around the building and the sign which may result from the post processing. IMHO, doesn't really meet the spirit of the challenge. |

Dropping inby CorySmithComment: You've given the snake a mennacing look in the photo characteristic of its nature. Love the detail in the eye and the scales. Great focus and DOF. Not so sure I like the yellow and blue background ... maybe one or the other would be better, but then what do I know? All in all, well done! |

Tabby Cat by yankoComment: Feels very much like a studio portrait. Lighting seems purrfect to me. Focus and sharpness are terrific. Well done. |
