Interesting shot with a good use of blur. Wonder if you could have gotten a more dramatic angle on the piece. I might have flipped this horizontally so that the water was running from left to right, but that is just my tendency.

Nice subject for a macro. I think that the background is too distracting. Try bringing along a piece of black velvet or foamcore to put behind your subject, essentially a portable background.

Well, you picked the right conditions to go out and shoot this. The quality of light seems very good and the blue cast is effective. I think you may have gon slightly overboard on the dodging and burning, but it is a very well done shot. THere seems to be some "jaggies" and artifacts, so I would have a second look at how you are compressing your images. If you need help in doing so, feel free to PM me.

Nice shot. The horizon seems slightly tilted down to the right which could be easily corrected. I think that this shot has a sense of tranquility to it. I would have experimented by placing the horizon at different parts of the image. Placing it centrally would have furthermore added to the mood of the shot.
