I not go as far as to say it has more mood, but Martin was going for a very commercialy viable set of shots,using a 70-200, while I was doing more "architectural" shots, using a 16-35, it's very cool to see both shots next to each other. such different results

I find this shot to be even more powerful than then the one you entered, not because of the monochrome effect...not because of the hair...but because this image inspires a conflict in my mind... the expression is somewhat sad, while the vive is quite erotic (at least to me) what I do not find however is this image to be to risque....some of us are not as anally retentive as others...

technically I find this image "better" than your other as well.
