I see these shots all the time, and there's no other way to say it but you just missed on this shot. The sky is over exposed, while the middle ground and foreground are under exposed. a ND filter would certainly help your cause, as well as bracketing. A different time of day also would help a great deal. Good luck.

ahhh open shade portraiture... it can be tricky! You did a fairly well job here. If I may offer a suggestion, instead of the portrait perspective, turn the camera to landscape, and reveal her legs as well. The way this is cropped, I feel like her legs end at the knees, which isnt very appealing.

Perhaps a half stop underexposed, easily fixed in post processing. She looks uncomfortable here also, I dont know if its her pose, or she just feels awkward.

a good capture. The lighting is a bit harsh on the butterfly. I would also like to see more of him, and less of the plant blocking him.

I see what you were trying to do here, and with patience you will undoubtedly capture it. Move around, as to not get the one umbrella growing out of her head. Also, the bar going horizontal cuts through both their heads, so perhaps a different POV.

An interesting composition you chose here. I get a more artistic feel than a photography feel here, which isnt to say it's a bad thing. This might look neat in Black and White.

Its a different take on flowers, but unfortunetly you missed with the focusing. The yellow is a bit hot also.
