Still Summerby ksymeonComment: Its a decent photo. The rocks are a bit over exposed, but not to the point that it can not be fixed. I believe Id like to see more of the (ocean isit?) water on the left hand side. |

The River Letheby MelethiaComment: This image would be fantastic if that 2nd boat werent there. That is reasonably easy to clone out, or perhaps next time walk around the boat. The exposure is good. |

Oklahoma Sunsetby dartompkinsComment: a cool photo, I cant decide if I like all that black in the bottom or if I would crop most of it out. |

The Brideby oOWonderBreadOoComment: a different take on this type of shot. I know I dont like how much the DOF drops off once it hits the dress... that almost seems unnatural. Being a wedding photographer, I don't even really know what to say. I can't decide if the hair is distracting or not, even though I do likeit. Its just one of them images. |

Impression: Flightby wsteynComment: Ya know, I did something VERY similar to this shot, and I got slammed for it. I imagine you also are feeling this same effect. I like the colors of the water, a part of the gull seems to be blown out. The reflection is wonderful. I could do with a different border, but thats personal opinion more than anything. |

In His Elementby PhotoRynoComment: a good childrens portrait! but the title is all wrong (dont worry, I dont mark off for titles). I think he is in his element, so long as he isnt staring into the camera. If he were to be actually playing with thomas, I think the title would fit. Actually, in this photo, I think thomas might be a bit of a distraction, and takes away focus from the boy.
The photo is veyr sharp, as it should be. Great exposure, good pose, good lighting. Looks like a cloudy day, with a nice soft light on his face. |

Lonely Dayby scott180Comment: The DOF here doenst work too well here, its more a distraction than anything. I think your photo lies solely in the petal itself, so an extremely tighter crop would probably work well here. |

Mud and Gritby MudHutComment: I like the photo; however, there are a few suggestions I offer. Next time, put the open negative space in the direction the rider is going. Right now, it looks like he is about to run into a wall. The exposure is great, but I feel this photo would benefit from being full color.
Another suggestion, I feel like the impact of the photo is as such that if you broke the photo into 4 quadrants, your main interest would be that upper right quadrant. Perhaps you can run it through PS again, cropping just to that quadrant and posting it on outtakes. |
