This is going to be the most awesome self-portrait ever...by david_cComment: Nice work! The background would obviously have made a great landscape; the colors are great, the skyline is sharp, and the sky is a nice smooth gradient. Contrast that with the rumpled, blurry, half-off-the-screen dude on the left and you have a glorious juxtaposition. It's funny in the first place, and you get +2 for the title. I'd like to see this in the top 10, but I'm not sure that DPC as a whole shares our sense of humor. |

jewelby ursulaComment: Very cool. One of my favorites so far.
... back to add that it IS my favorite from this challenge, it's GOING in my favorites, and I would be delighted to see this on the upper left of the front page.
If this isn't ursula, I think she'd be proud to call this her own. Great work. |

Looking Backby skarpi_xxxComment: I like this photo except for the boy's expression. He seems to be saying, "Why the heck are you still looking at me?" -- It somewhat sours the otherwise idyllic mode of the image. |

Photography: A Threat to National Security?by JPRComment: JPR, just noticed this was yours. You got a 7 during voting from me. This should have placed higher.
I didn't realize you'd been playing along during DPL--I'm glad you're back. I hope you'll keep submitting once the league ends. |

Pandoraby BrennanOBComment: Gave this a 7 during voting. I don't know why it didn't score better! The tones are great, the colors are good, and the models' expressions and poses are interesting. The only real criticism I have is the noise, but that doesn't seem to explain the 5.8. |
