DSC00032 A Quiet moment to reflect by kiwinickComment: Very pleasing image. I like that the woman's pink sweater is echoed by the fallen flowers, and the dog's curious and protective stance. In my humble opinion, squaring this off from the left might tighten up the composition. |

Quiet Morningby AliaaComment: In the tropics even what's quiet is vibrant, and what a way to start the day. I like the lushness of the grass and trees, the slant of the boats' masts and the purple sky and its reflection. |

Alternate Routeby RustyGComment: Very pretty scene of birches, curving road and rustic fences. There's also the sense of autumn's pause before winter. |

The Bench of Memoriesby the_rkpComment: Pleasant, contemplative scene, highlighting the people by the softness of their surroundings. I like the framing of the almost symmetrical trees. |

Get Realby GeneralEComment: Yep, the library. The perfect quiet setting. And the sense of quiet is amplified, if you'll pardon the expression, by this man's solitude and scholarly demeanor. |

post game analysisby colorcarnivalComment: Interesting, colorful image of this part of a stadium after the action. The quiet is extreme when contrasted to the roar of the crowd a short time ago. Engaging... hope your team won. |

Oneby jpochardComment: Sorry, but this is disquieting for me. Maybe for him, maybe for other viewers, but uh-uh. On the other hand it's an interesting image. Is it Yosemite? |

nothing to hearby PennyStreetComment: The quiet here is made palpable by removing teacher, students or participants and all the voices. Also the music, as evidenced by the music stand and piano. It's a clever way to evoke silence. The visual pleasure, for me, is drawn from the rhythm of the empty chairs. |
