Interesting fraternal skyscraper quadruplets centered under a cloud reminiscent of Antarctica. The blues are nicely punctuated by reds and a few other colors. I like the look of the lights projecting out of the top two buildings like feelers or millipede legs. Fun being a tourist in one's own home town.

It took a moment or two for my ho-hum first impression to slough off, revealing a charming articulation of light, form, composition, tone, line and rhythm. This is very, very good, in my opinion, and rewards a patient appraisal. The woman ascending the staircase deftly enhances the overall elegance.
