Congratulations on this high finish. The building looks like inflated clear plastic, a gigantic art project, containing nothing but sky. It's pure window.

I really like this but can't put my finger on exactly why. Maybe it's the charm of the framing. The scene, too, in its sunlit joy, is very appealing. But there's something more that lifts it apart. There's a sense of looking out on something fresh and novel, as if from the window of a newly arrived space ship. Don't quite know, which maybe at the heart of it.

Sinuous and embracing, with a lovely vanishing point. The windows seem like translucent panels along the length of a body, as if we're inside a giant caterpillar. And we humans are bacterial flora. I like the muted palette, but for a splash of red. A cozy immensity. Fine image.

Like a shard of memory that juts out at the oddest time, obliterating chronology. I like the suddenness of this, the disjunction. Also, the overlay seems to be projected from the upper right apex, a queasy sci-fi notion. Subtly provocative and jarring.

In the thumbnail I thought it was a flower with translucent petals. The airy delicacy of these seeds is always charming, concoctions of spider web tendrils, smoke and clouds.

Lit like a movie set, what could they be looking at? Since we can't know, it's fascinating enough to gaze on their fascination, perhaps hazard a guess. It's a window unseen, but nicely bracketed by the bright windows across the way. What is appealing is the self-contained feel to this outdoor image, hemmed in by night. It's a curious moment on an enchanted byway.

The flurry of clouds, reflected and re-reflected upon the stark yet interestingly portrayed geometry of windows, is fetching in form, texture and varying color. It quite easily attains abstraction when you untether your vision from the demands of "reality." Clouds reflected in windows is a common image, but this one is done uncommonly well.

A delightful abundance of windows, and with personality, unlike the sterile rectangles of so many modern efforts. I like how they transform in their receding perspective -- from windows to keyholes to a line of soldiers. To play with the metaphor, the red chairs seem like a field of soldiers at parade rest. This particular pattern is restful and enjoyable, stately as refined and reformulated history. The reflection on the watery ground add even more to appreciate, especially the red boots of the soldiers...er, chairs.

Fine image, sentimental without being sappy. The title, too, melts the heart. And there's this greater sense of the stage of life, stark yet delicate, of curtains to the future being drawn open - as I choose to imagine it. The neutral sepia conveys an honesty of form and emotion.
Sorry if this seems vague, but it adds up to this being my personal favorite of the challenge.
