The Recital by grigrigirlComment: Despite the potential the subject has for saccharin sentimentality, this image avoids it completely. The composition is highly original....how many photographers would see the potential to make the feet stand out by rotating the canvas in this way? The movement is accentuated by the desaturation and the poses by the burning/dodging. Podium finish by rights. |

Three Penny Operaby agrimaceComment: Too contrived for my liking.....I don't wish to sound harsh or mean but I don't think you're letting your camera do more than a scanner could. Good luck on the next challenge |

Numbers Everywhereby panosmComment: Really like this 'tryptych'. The oversharpening actually improves it. Perhaps the glass colours could have been strengthened a bit. Well done |

Left out to dryby YlgurComment: Interesting (Scandinavian?) but not particularly pretty. Lighting a bit harsh? |

Three Faded Rosesby melismaticaComment: Not sure I'm a big fan of 'romantic fantasy' photos like this. However, I think the set-up could have been improved. All the interesting parts are on the left...on the right you have the rather dark, unattractive stems and the messy ribbons....so I would recommend a tighter composition next time. Also, I now you have fone for the soft focus and grain effects but perhaps the detail wasn't there in the first place to allow this..... |

Candy canesby wetlandComment: Nice composition but could do with more post-processing...too light and not enough contrast + sharpening |

Facciamo la Magiaby zeuszenComment: I understand the triangle making the complex shape: I think you've picked out one of the triangles to emphasise this, but it is perhaps too complex an image to illustrate three-ness |
