parrot.jpgby courtenay27Comment: Excellent focus on the bird Courtney and the colours are wonderfull, a little more post editing may remove the wire and make this shot even better :) |

Vastnessby KylieComment: This is a great photo for my dark monitor :) I've just found out about high key images and think this is a great example and the title lends itself to the distant birds. If the person was on the left I'd have suggested doing a crop to make the image much slimmer (maybe 3:1) |

Retreatby KylieComment: I really like this shot Kylie, fairy tale qualities (hint). I see what Arielle means but I like it 'as is' You can alsmost feel the tree has magical qualities and most probably has elves and the like living in there. |

LAby KylieComment: doh! wrote an essay on this then hit the fav button and lost it all.
Great pic Kylie, could have been a scene from a 70's sci fi movie. My only thought is you could remove the blue from the top of the building? |

Beach Walkby KylieComment: Did you do much post processing on this Kylie? I really like the light and dirrering colours on the waves and the seagull surveying all that is his. It just needed one of the surfers to be, well, surfing :) |

Foggy Evening.jpgby artvetComment: Love the top third of the image and definately thing a wide crop would improve it. Its not often that burnt out skies work, this is one of them imo. |

Ducks in the Dusk.JPGby artvetComment: One day I would like to experiment like this but feel I need to learn the rules before breaking them, excellent work and keep them coming.
Am wondering if it would look better with a 2:1 ratio? Message edited by author 2004-08-10 17:22:59. |
