R.I.Pby RetroesqueComment: At first glance its a good simple image but after looking at it for a while it becomes much more complex and provokes many thoughts and, as has been said only the LB can produce such atmosphere. |

heartby cginoComment: I'd probably not have seen it but for the title Colleen. Great find and am loving the colours here. |

hosedby cginoComment: Not a fan of the burnt border, I know its random but looks a little thick and boxy to me. That said I think the actual image is great but keep getting drawn to the border :) |

Strollby MelethiaComment: ok Deb, this is the 4th shot of yours I've seen with the LB and whilst I liked the other 3 THIS is the reason why I (and others) said the LB would suit your photography 'style'. The word Epitomy springs to mind but might just be a little rash as I'm sure we will be seeing more (much more) of the same from you girl! |

Downby MelethiaComment: Originally posted by ubique: The sweet spot (like the G spot) is difficult to locate and hardly worth the effort. Time spent searching for it is time spent neglecting the subject's more compelling attractions. Like in this photograph, where the story is about the pleasing convergence of shapes and colours, and their relationship with the less explicit human form. It's a very interesting and rewarding shot. The true LB afficionado cares little for 'nailing' the focus, and is instead more pleased to just flirt with focus. Both those spots are more the preoccupation of amateurs. |
lol, wrong forum for my comments methinks however I wonder if the title helped send Paul into this rather revealing analogy? |

Window Shoppingby GermaineComment: Germaine, I can this series of shots from that street (am guessing its the same one we see often?) in a book in 50 years time depicting life as it used to be. Well obviously I won't be around in 50 years to see it but know I'd have loved it ;) |

magnoliaby ErinMComment: Super dooper shot Erin! I find some of my shots get this extra sharp spot, over and above what I'd expect from my 50mmF/1.8 let alone my LB. This really drab building and young tree are brought to life nicely, especially with your processing. |

Trainspottingby RetroesqueComment: Excellent composition Lisa! I see the green thing is distracting but am wondering if it sells the shot more as a candid and if it wasn't there maybe it would look a little contrived? (not that thats a bad thing of course). |
