My neighborhood by GeorgesBogaertComment: My neighborhood IS a business/shopping/residence area, in fact, whole Taipei is like that. The picture is taken at 200m from my home. So yes, it is my neighborhood. There is no clear separation of districts in Taipei. It's one big city.

and looking at the breakdown of votes .. beyond comprehension .. i shake my head in disappointment that ppl could see this and vote it a 2 out of 10 .. and a 4 .. what universe are they living in .. :(
