Very vivid black and white picture. The title fits the whole scene. It really looks like they belong to the see and are going back to their living place. The first girl's hair is adding that extra making the whole active.
The sky's processing blends well with the sea. The waves rolling toward the front, puts the viewer into it. An 9 from me.
