I love the concept! The hat, lollipop, and facial expression are all working. I think a different shirt (the text is distracting) and brighter colors would really make it pop. I would try for natural looking skin tones and strong, bright colors for the lollipop and shirt.

This little fellow won my heartby libertyComment: I think a bit more separation between the frog and the background may have made this score much higher. It's a great shot. I think the colors and contrast make the frog blend into the background a bit too much. Congrats on a great shot! |

Sunrise, Yaquina Head Lighthouse, Newport, Orby cogeroxComment: Wow, what a terrific capture! It's also an excellent example of being in the right place at the right time. Without the tilted horizon and sharpening halos this would probably have a ribbon. If it were up to me I'd also give the rainbow a bit more room at the top of the image. Anyway, congratulations on a great shot! |
