This is a nice lighting image, though I believe there is too much white-space at the top of the image. A tighter closer crop to the lighting and where there is the most interest may have made this a stronger overall image.

This is a fun image and I am surprised the title does not have the word key in it. Yet even though this is a fun find, there is a lot of noise/texture that distracts throughout the image. It does not give me enough pop nor emotion. But still a nice find.

Interesting image, it is nice to see the building through the snow. However overall it does not pop enough to give me shivers. The contrasts are nice. Just something extra missing.

I enjoy the spray of water, the colours within them but that is pretty much it. It is always difficult to capture something with the thin haze over it which hides detail and confuses depth. Also the blown-out spot of water distracts the eye from any other element.

Johnston Canyon Lower Falls

I have a feeling there can be some really fantastic images taken at this location. To bad this is not one of them. For me it seems very simple and very safe. Straight on is not always the best way to take a image. Specially of something with so much character and personality as frozen falls along cave walls.

Simple, clean, delicate image. Title tells me nothing and for me, there is not much here. It does not blow me away, it does not even really nudge me.

This is a nice black/white image. Decent balance/contrasts. However there is not an element that blows me away. Now if someone was rafting/tubing down through the tunnel that could be fun. It is a nice image all the same just not wow for me.

This is an ok image to me. The silhouettes are nice but perhaps the sky needs stronger, richer colour and the clouds need more personality.

If you didn't tell me in the title I would have missed it. That is not a good thing. It does not give enough at all. Other then that, looking at the mirrored sides it has a fun element. The people tell us it is not mirrored, but it just does not have enough pop for me. Something is missing to really stand out and scream.

There is a fun perspective feel here and lots of action but nothing to really capture me and pull me in. Nothing to hit me across the head and tell me this is the one. For me it is more of a snapshot then anything.
