Guess there is a secret out there you have to know to understand this image. I personally don't care for it, the colours just don't seem to fit right for me, and just doesn't seem all that creative for sci-fi, mostly it looks like a half blind kid (half blind because the film over the single eye).

Interesting idea, however, I think a sharper image of the thing he is going to shoot would have been nice. It is dark anyway, so would have been nice if was in focus as well.

its funny to think of a flying saucer to have that style of 'print' on them. Must be from Venus... I think the starlight effect is to much and would have really enjoyed not seeing bright spots.

I look at this image, and really don't see a photographic element. least I can not tell exactly what is the base photo. Everything looks really odd and doesn't seem to fit together properly. a little too digitally created.

not really understanding your meaning here. The flames look wind blown and as such don't give me a sense of fire, I do like the odd shape of material in the fire though.

I prefer the one on the right as I am looking at it, the center is just hard to look at with the duel set of eyes for me. An optical illusion that makes my own eyes go crossed or weird or something and the one on the right, just doesn't give me a strong feel, maybe the top eye isn't depressed into the forehead enough and just seems to sit there on top.
