Old Railby cpanaiotiComment: Pretty rail and you capture the texture nicely, and I have an off screen expectation of another, but for this challenge I wish I had been shown parallel lines. |

Lines & Anglesby ndsComment: Best archi shot thus far, most are pictures of built environment, this captures the play of light in a built envirnment. |

Toothpasteby becloComment: Nice to see a shot that USED parallel lines in the shot instead of a shot of parallel lines. Nice color balance and crisp edges. While toothbrushes do not make great art(IMHO), this is a very artfull shot. |

Funny threatby BrennanOBComment: This shot was taken at the Santa Clara ( Near San Jose California )
Convention Center when President Bush came to speak at a fund raising luncheon. Security was VERY tight and I missed the arrival so during the speech I took photos of the protesters and supporters and the security there to keep them in line. The crowd was small, well behaved and rather flamboyant. I can't remember if the sherriff in the forground was smiling at the woman dressed as Wonder Woman, the Lesbian couple in their wedding dresses, of one of a dozen costumed fringe players.
I shot this from as close as I was allowed to get, across eight lanes of traffic with no tripod, as I said security was polite but very firm.

Newspapersby lordrichComment: the image is out of focus on my screen, does it look focused on yours? |

Infiniteby jrs915Comment: I wish the focal point had been more in the middle of the shot rather than at the very edge of the photo. |

Under the Pierby elemessComment: Nice idea but the ocean is sort of boring in this shot, while the cross bracing is interesting. If you had taken the shot lower, would the waves have looked bigger and shown more of the peir? |
