Full of colors and sun, very nice. Its probably not possible to increase the contrast but how about litle stonger red-color-saturation (dont know)? Find the frame to thick but thats always a matter of taste.

Its well composed and interesting idea. Also I like the very small DOF youve got there but in that situation you have to make the focus absolutely right. You can feel the texture of the stingboard but the second and third string might be in better focus. Also I think that if you change the lighting to get rid of the bright spots on the left you could increase the contrast a bit.
