RODEO 0108by lwphotographyComment: I love the motion blur. Wish this were a larger photo - it would really have some impact in a bigger size, with your great use of contrasting colors and the overall composition. |

Retiredby tfaustComment: I wouldn't change a thing about this one. The texture and detail is excellent. I can see it in an old barn wood frame hanging in a lodge setting. The depth of tone is well done. BRAVO |

Cactus Jackby tfaustComment: Oh I love this. Wish his face weren't quite so shadowed. It would be fun to play with texture on this one and make it look like it's really old. Nice composition. I like the angle of the figure not being straight on. Maybe a tad harsh with lighting, but you could probably tone that down with contrast and brightness. |

The Shorelineby muur88Comment: Wow, the reflections in that shallow water is really cool. I might bring up the contrast just a touch. It has great composition and the shot is very clear. NICE!!! |

Waitingby TomH1000Comment: Longing, wistful expression with soft lighting. The 3/4 profile is one of my favorite portrait angles and this one does NOT disappoint. The subdued colors lend itself to the overall mood. Nicely done. |

Pascaleby fplouffeComment: Perfect use of soft focus. The eye is so clear and the color is lovely. Nice skin tones - not too yellow or pink. GOod job of cropping as well. You don't have to have a full face view to capture someone's essence! |

yes.jpgby moviemanComment: This is really a cool picture. I love the reflection and the fact that you can read the word YES. I wish the skin tones weren't quite so sallow. I find it rather symbolic considering the circumstances, since it was in fact photographs you lost. Just build your stash of shots back up and be sure and share with us here at DPC. |

Lake Huron Wavesby LadeeMComment: The monochromatic theme really works. THe sky and the water are so beautiful - yet it is simple without much going on. The clouds are like puffs of cotton pulled and stretched out. This is one of the prettiest beach scenes I've seen in a long time. |

Urban IIIby bobdaveantComment: Great pic! Love the human element amidst the linear quality of the architecture. Lime and turquoise - fun complimentary colors. |
