I would sharpen the head even further. IT seems a tad grainy. GOod use of light and composition.

Great macro. I like the antennae drawing your eye to the left of the shot. The blurred green makes a nice backdrop to her coloring. Good cropping job. 8

Very nice detail. Might have been a bit more interesting if shot from a diff angle. Maybe crop so he's not dead center in the shot. I like the lighting and the coloration - very monochromatic. 7

Nice closeup and details. I'd blur out the background a tad more to bring him forward a bit more. Well done.

Maybe crop out some of the surrounding area and zoom in on their faces and the paw up on the other. It is an interesting perspecting and it might have a bit more pop that way. The focus, light and coloration is well done.

Really a nice crisp close up. His feathers, eye and beak are in great detail. I like this alot being a 3/4 profile shot. Very nice lighting too. 8

This appears to be stuffed?? The background might present a better focus on the animal if it were dark. I like the shadow on his neck and back and the angle of the shot.

This seems a tad bit dull. I wish the colors had more oomph. It might have more impact with a dark background and the bird not centered in the middle. The blurred tree in the background is a bit distracting. Zooming in on his head and deleting part of his lower body and wings might work more effectively for this shot, so we could concentrate on his face. Hope this is helpful.

Nice coloration and composition. Not the typical profile shot of a macaw - which is Interesting. Good one.

Very nice capture. HIs eye and feather detail is good. I like your use of negative space - it gives the shot the impact I think you were going for. Nicely done.
