I like it. I think I'd have her put her left knee and hand down as it doesn't add and is a bit blurry. I'd also have her wearing a solid color top. The pattern takes away from the focus on her face. I like the lit cigarette. As far as critiques go - this is well done. I'd probably as is, given it a 7. Oh, also, take off jewelry unless it's an integral part of the theme.
