Vby nixterComment: Mr. Cool. I rarely see guys with long flowing hair so dapper and GQ (referring to the men's magazine Gentleman's Quarterly - very fashionable). He looks like a guy you'd see in Italy.
There is an old song "Walk Away Renee" that was recorded by the Left Bank - a pop song of the late 60's, but I heard a redo by Texas singer Jimmy LaFave and loved it. Here's his rendition. Walk Away Renee. I'm telling you this, because that's what I thought of when I first saw the thumb. I think we need to have a SC using song titles or lyrics.
Oh I just saw the V. I was so caught up in the song. I like how they juxtapose each other, the V on the wall and the one created by his legs. Terrific, Nick. Message edited by author 2011-08-09 09:54:18. |

to come to shore
but they ignored my request
and all washed out
into the flood waters
becoming ghostly buoys
upon the horizon
YIKES! Sorry that was so morose, but I say what pops into my head. For such a happy person, I sure do have some deep foreboding thoughts. LOL Message edited by author 2011-08-09 09:49:31. |

I don't care if I never get back...
I don't know if you have that song in Aussieland, but baseball is so big here. There was an old guy named Harry Carey and he used to sing it at the beginning of all of the Chicago Cubs games. This is what I thought of when I saw this boy with his arms up like he was holding a bat. |
