I want to like this more than I do. It's just not quite right. I'd prefer it cropped down a bit (just after the edge of the dark area in the center above the branch). Even then, the branch running through the center feels too pale. Maybe burn in some shadows and midtones against the light background to make it really stand out against the contrast everywhere else.

Blues are very saturated, but still don't quite pop as much as I'd want (luminance adjustments, perhaps?). Maybe a little more vignetting as well to keep the eye on the subject.
