Good job with reproducing details. The high contrast works well here, likely because there are significant middle grays and you haven't allowed the shadows to be plugged. The halo along the top of the building is a bit problematic, but as this is basic editing, is difficult to avoid. Like.

My observation is that all the dark parts of your image are too dark, which gives the image an overly contrasty look. Lightening the darker half with a curve will not eliminate significant detail from the highlights, and result in an image that appears natural.

The level of details is remarkable. Although it is possible that the horizon is not level, in this image the tilt plays a significant part of viewing this well crafted image. The popularity of overly dark skies will hopefully pass.
