In a single image you were able to take a once proud people and reduce them to looking like carny folk panhandling at a flea market.
I like the colors and under the harsh lighting conditions the image came out pretty good, but overall I find the image rather depressing.
I have to bump this up a bit because you did evoke an emotion and that̢۪s what it̢۪s all about.
