DAY 4 Russian Tourist

Thank you :) I have to start writing down the filters. I was trying to do this one a few times and I don't remember exactly. I know I used "Neutralizer by Jorge Diaz" in TopazAdjust but in Global Adjustments I went a little bit lower on Detail boost. Then I used one more filter that I don't remember and also went lower on Detail boost (I'll try to find it). I don't remember what I used for the eyes - I was gonna go with "Winter", and then did some saturation and curves adjusting). The edges of the hat looked funny so I blurred them.

I'm sorry I don't remember exactly :(
